We want you to love Hot Seat Premium. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Hot Seat is sold through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing and refunds. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout. Paddle will email you a link to your order.
- From your order, choose "Request a refund" and follow the prompts.
- Alternatively, contact Thruvi LLC through the in-app feedback button and we'll help coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is approved. Funds typically appear on your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After the 30-Day Window
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from the Account page or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of your current paid period. Refunds outside the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis by Paddle in line with Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer-protection law.
